Protein Pancakes?

I was looking for a healthy alternative to my usual sugar packed morning cereal and stumbled across something that will allow me to have the best of both worlds. I was in shock to say the least but on my computer screen in front of me there it was, protein pancakes! I thought to myself how could this possibly taste any good? On a curious impulse I bought a container of the pancake mix and tried it out for myself. The pancakes were made by Met-Rx and are called Met-Rx Protein Plus Pancake Mix. To my surprise the pancakes were absolutely delicious, and I felt guilt-free because I was taking in 12 grams of protein a serving and very little calories. If your looking for a tasty way to feel good about eating a healthy breakfast, check out Met-Rx Protein Plus Pancake Mix.

Soy Protein

I have tried soy protein in the past and was pleased with what the quality of it. Bodybuilders tend to stray away from taking soy protein because of the rumor that it raises your estrogen level but there are many positive effects from taking soy protein. If you are looking for a great soy protein company I recommend trying Kay’s Naturals. Not only do you get all of the benefits from the soy protein but all of the Kay’s Naturals products taste great! They have soy protein cereal, chips, and pretzels all of which come in a variety of flavors. Another great way to get soy protein into your daily diet is buy taking GeniSoy’s Protein Crunch Bar. The bars have 15 grams of soy protein and are tasty enough to mistake for being a candy bar. I’ve had success with both Kay’s Naturals and GeniSoy, which one you choose is up to you! Hope you enjoy the benefits of soy protein in the future!
